How ScentGraph Makes Money

We believe in transparency. Here's how ScentGraph earns revenue to keep building.

1. Affiliate links to retailers

Some "Where to buy" links in ScentGraph are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission from the retailer, at no extra cost to you.

  • Your price stays the same (or lower if there's a deal)
  • Retailers do not receive your ScentGraph account details
  • We do not accept payment to change your personal reviews, ratings, or logs

Affiliate revenue helps us cover hosting, development, and ongoing improvements.

2. ScentGraph Pro (planned)

We plan to offer an optional paid subscription with additional features such as AI-powered recommendations, advanced analytics, blind buy scoring, and power-user tools. Pricing and features will be announced closer to launch.

  • Core ScentGraph features will remain free
  • Pro will be completely optional
  • Pricing and benefits will be clearly explained before you subscribe

Subscriptions will help us invest in features, AI capabilities, and reliability while keeping the core experience accessible to everyone.

3. Other products from ITBG Labs

ScentGraph is operated by ScentGraph Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 696 194 564, ABN 26 696 194 564), based in Western Australia. ScentGraph Digital works with ITBG Labs Pty Ltd on product development and technical infrastructure. From time to time, we may let you know about other products or services operated by ITBG Labs Pty Ltd or ScentGraph Digital Pty Ltd that we think are relevant and useful.

  • You will only receive marketing emails if you have opted in
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time
  • Cross-promotion does not affect how we rank or display your content in ScentGraph

How we stay independent

Our goal is to help you track, understand, and enjoy fragrance. Not to push specific brands.

  • Reviews, ratings, and logs are created by users, not by retailers
  • We do not sell your personal information
  • Commercial relationships do not allow any brand to edit or remove your honest reviews
  • Our editorial content is community-driven and data-summarised, not marketing copy
